Hacking Dumberly
Fun talk by Tim Medin of Red Siege Security on trying the dumb hacks first before going all advanced zero day. Good advice, and remember if it’s stupid but it works, it might not be stupid.

The Clickable Kabballah
Another great tarot resource I’ve come across today, via the moderator of the Thoth tarot FB group I’m a member of is this clickable Kabbalah diagram at https://nofaithinthehumanrace.com/777/index.php?deck=crowley&show777=1&key=1
An interactive diagram of the Tree of Life, it will show the placement of the cards upon the tree, and give an in-depth overview of the cards and their meanings. I’ll be consulting this site daily as we work through the rest of the Trumps in our tarot series. Thanks to Bart Deleplanque

Robert M. Place on the Synchronicity Podcast
In looking for more background on alchemy and tarot I stumbled upon this podcast with Robert M. Place the originator of the Alchemical Tarot deck. An accomplished historian of the tarot, he goes into a lot of detail about how the tarot can be an alchemical manual, despite not being the ancient work of wisdom that some occultists believed. It’s a 2 hour program, but if you’ve got some time dive in, it is informative.

The Freezine of Fantasy and Science Fiction
If speculative fiction is your thing, you might want to check out this free zine that’s been going on blogspot since 2009. The creator has a pretty wild yarn about how the thing started, and I don’t want to spoil it, but read the editor’s note. Let’s hope he keeps receiving transmissions.

Deepfake! Deepfaaake!
From South Park’s Trey Parker & Matt Stone w/ Peter Serafinowicz of Look Around You, comes this latest bit of absurdism and satire. Originally conceived as a movie, it was regrettably derailed by the pandemic and now exists as a great youtube short. Check it out.

Rock & Rule
Anyone else catch this on T.V. as a kid in the 80s? Given the nature of broadcast programming back then, I never knew what the actual show I was watching was called, but I managed to catch it twice, and Mok’s theme song has always stuck with me. I was today years old when I found out this was actually Lou Reed. It looks like there’s a somewhat restored version floating around the webs, but tragically the first version’s audio and video were neglected, so in the video above, the is a stark shift in quality. Enjoy, and watch out for that Mok guy, he’s kind of a POS.

Bad Religion is Still the Best Band
Look, it isn’t their best banger, but It hits me right now as I cry about my misspent youth and not finding the way. Bad Religion is correct(at least more correct than most) Take a watch and let the young punker stand-in for your fears

Is Your Kid Gonna Be A Maker?
https://nextmaker-box-learn-coding-at.kckb.st/senseworld
Granted I’m probably late to the party on this one, but man is it cool. While you’re quaran-educating your kids, you can get them into programming, building, and just making in general. Might take a little stress off the lesson plan, and they get to make really cool stuff(albeit narrowly targeted to 7-12 year-olds). Next-maker delivery box. You can thank me when quarantine is over.
